Why am I being charged Tax?

Due to the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on June 21, 2018 in the South Dakota vs Wayfair case we are now legally required to collect and remit sales tax for some U.S. states that we have not in the past. Previously, internet retailers were required to collect tax only in those states where they had a physical location. The Wayfair ruling dictates that purchases from all online retailers be subject to taxes determined by your state and/or local municipality. In accordance with this ruling, applicable taxes will be automatically added to your shopping cart’s subtotal.

What payment methods to you accept?

How does Guest Checkout Work?

If you don’t want to create an account or you would rather set up your account at a later time, with guest checkout, anyone can browse, add items to their cart, and make purchases on our sites.

If you choose to use Guest Checkout, you will be required to enter your billing and shipping information each time you place an order.

Return Policy?

We accepts returns in certain cases. Please see our Return Policy for more info. VOD purchases are non-refundable, please contact customer service with any issues.

Adaptive Video Playback.

The Blissbox video player will begin playback at the lowest stream rate possible and then based on the your connection, change to the highest stream rate that your connection will support. Conversely, if you connection starts to get slow, the player will switch you to a lower stream rate until your connection speeds back up. All of this is done seamlessly, playback should not be interrupted and changes to the stream rate will not restart playback.

How do I download videos?

The Blissbox membership site does not allow downloads. If you would like to download a scene or movie you will have to purchase the scene or movie.

What is your Refund Policy?

We do not offer partial refunds for membership fees, your account will remain active until your next billing date at which time it will be deactivated.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We offer a simple cancellation policy. No third party biller to call, no searching through your old emails, for a hidden cancel link. Simply log into you account and click 'My Account'. There you will find a 'Cancel Membership' button. Simply click the button, and fill out a quick survey, and you account will be cancelled on your next billing date. We do not offer partial refunds for membership fees.
